Branding is endowing products and services with the power of a brand. It is the process of creating a strong, positive perception of a company, its products or services in the customer’s mind by combining such elements as logo, design, mission statement, and a consistent theme throughout all marketing communications.
Effective branding helps companies differentiate themselves from their competitors and build a loyal customer base.
A brand can be a product, a service, a company or a person. But there is always a strong gut feeling behind a successful brand, and people only connect to that feeling.
The process of branding begins with identifying that gut feeling in its rawest form and ends with effectively conveying it, through all possible ways, to everyone who comes in contact with the brand.
